Looking for a Yoga Routine You'll Actually Stick To? Meet ROOTED

Most routines fail quietly, at home, with no one watching. ROOTED works because it starts somewhere you can't quit halfway through — a mountain in the Himalayas.

Looking for a Yoga Routine You'll Actually Stick To? Meet ROOTED

Not another app streak to break. A structure that actually holds you accountable, ending in five days in the Himalayas.

Rooted yoga consistency retreat Himalaya

There's a familiar pattern to most yoga routines: strong intentions in week one, a missed day in week two, and by week four the mat is folded in a corner, unused. It's rarely a lack of willpower — it's that most routines are built entirely on self-discipline, with nothing else holding them up. ROOTED works differently. It gives your routine a structure, a community, and a destination — five days in Dunagiri that make the daily practice around it feel worth protecting.

🏔️ A routine you build alone rarely survives a bad week. A routine anchored to something real — a retreat, a place, a date on the calendar — usually does.

Why Has Your Routine Never Stuck?

Most failed routines fail for the same handful of reasons. Tap what's true for you, and see how ROOTED is built to solve it:

📵No Accountability
🗺️No Clear Structure
🧍Practising Alone
😴Low Day-to-Day Motivation

How ROOTED Actually Builds the Habit

Rooted daily yoga habit Himalaya retreat

A routine that sticks needs more than motivation — it needs a structure to move through. Here's how Rooted carries you from a scattered start to a routine that lasts:

Step 1 · Commit 💳 Reserve With a Deposit A 40% deposit turns a vague intention into a booked commitment. This single step does more for consistency than any app streak or New Year's resolution ever could. From maybe to booked
Step 2 · Structure 🗺️ Follow a Rhythm, Not a Rulebook Once at Rooted, each day follows the same gentle shape — morning asana, midday kriyas and meals, afternoon hikes, evening stories, night silence. You never have to decide what practice looks like; it's already there. Decisions removed, consistency easier
Step 3 · Community 🤝 Practise Alongside Others Guided by Anjali Pandey and shared with a group, the five days give consistency a social dimension most solo routines never have. It's far easier to show up when others are showing up too. Shared effort, shared momentum
Step 4 · Carry It Home 🌱 Bring the Rituals Back "Some journeys end when you return home. Rooted begins there." The daily rituals built over five guided days are designed to be simple enough to keep going long after Dunagiri is behind you. The routine that finally sticks
🏔️

The real outcome: Not just five good days, but daily rituals that stay with you — the actual thing most yoga routines promise and rarely deliver.

Why This Sticks Where Other Routines Failed

Rooted consistent yoga practice Himalaya

Most routines fail invisibly, with no consequence attached to skipping. Here's what's different about a routine anchored to Rooted:

💳 A Deposit Creates Real Stakes Unlike a free app or a personal goal, a booked and paid-for retreat has a consequence attached to skipping it — you show up because you've already committed.
🗓️ A Fixed Date, Not a Someday 25–29 November 2026 is a real date on a calendar, not an open-ended intention. Fixed dates are far harder to postpone indefinitely than vague resolutions.
🤝 A Group, Not a Solo Effort Practising alongside others, guided by Anjali Pandey, removes the isolation that quietly kills most solo yoga routines within a few weeks.
🌱 Simple Rituals to Carry Home The five days aren't designed to be the whole story — they're designed to hand you daily rituals simple enough to actually continue once you're back.

🏔️ Consistency Check-In

The routines that fail aren't the ones people don't want badly enough. They're the ones with nothing real holding them up. Rooted isn't a trick or a hack — it's a structure, a date, a group, and a place, all working together so the practice has something to lean on besides your willpower alone.
