This program creates a consistent accountability space where seasoned practitioners come together to practice with intention. Live guidance and progressive flow help refine your asana and support growth from where you currently are, adding depth to your existing practice. It's a nourishing yet energizing way to begin the day, adding a subtle cherry on top of what you already practice.

This is an intermediate-level program. Before joining, please make sure you meet the following:
Should be familiar with Suryanamaskars
Should be able to hold a plank for a minimum of 30 seconds
Should be able to do a headstand on the wall
Approved by a doctor in case of any injuries
The program starts and ends on fixed dates, regardless of when you enrol.
If you join after the program has started, you will receive recordings of the previous sessions and can attend the remaining live classes.
Recordings are shared for sessions you missed — just message us.
Students are encouraged to inform the teachers in advance about any injuries or physical limitations so appropriate guidance can be provided.
Please note that classes will be recorded to support participants within a guided and supportive learning environment.
