In modern life, stiffness builds quietly. Long hours sitting, screen exposure, and reduced mobility affect posture and breath. This practice intentionally restores mobility, core strength, and nervous system balance.
The session begins with gentle wrist and shoulder stretches to prepare the upper body for weight bearing. Flowing between plank and downward dog gradually builds heat while strengthening the arms and lengthening the spine.
Shoulder rotations and neck rolls encourage release of stored tension, especially in the upper back and cervical spine.
Leg and hip stretches improve flexibility and posture support. Malasana deeply opens the hips and reconnects you to grounded stability.
Reverse plank activates the glutes and posterior chain. Seated forward folds lengthen the hamstrings, and plank variations reinforce core strength.
