The Practice

By Friday, most of us carry the week in our bodies without realising it — the stiff neck, the tight hips, the shortened breath that crept in somewhere around Tuesday and never fully left.

This is why the Yogaendless Saturday class is something other than just exercise. It's a structured, expert-guided 75 minutes that specifically addresses what a modern working week does to the body — and methodically undoes it.

Built for Intermediate Practitioners

This class assumes you know Downward Dog, Warrior I & II, Triangle, and Plank — and takes you past them. Deeper range, stronger holds, more precise alignment, real breathwork. If those poses feel comfortable, you're ready.

Showing up on the mat when you don't feel like it is itself the practice. The poses are just what happen next.

What 75 Minutes Actually Does

The session is a complete arc — a warm-up to transition you in, a progressive flow to build heat and strength, and a closing integration to let the nervous system settle. You leave feeling worked and restored. That combination is the signature of intelligent teaching.
